About Us

Hi, I’m David Martinez, a Colorado native and lifelong visual artist. My journey with art began in 2009, and photography quickly became my passion in 2010. I was born and raised in Denver, where my family roots run deep, my grandmother is full Apache Native American, and I feel a profound connection to this land, its light, and its stories.

I studied photography throughout high school and college, starting at Arapahoe High School, then Red Rocks Community College, and later CU Denver. Even while earning my MBA, I knew photography would always be a vital part of my life. It brings me peace, purpose, and joy.

Through landscapes, I seek bliss. Through portraits, I aim to capture the raw, unfiltered moments when people feel most alive. My goal is always to reflect not just how someone looks, but who they are, honoring their spirit, their story, and their energy.

I’ve always worked with what I’ve been given, trusting creativity and gratitude to guide me. Every day I thank God for the beauty I get to witness and the chance to share it through my lens. Photography isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.
